The room was practical, and we appreciated its very central location. Staff were cooperative and made our stay there fabulous. Business hotel set in the downtown area. They provided polite service too.

From the POLITE staff to the average rooms and to the pleasant food, not to mention worth every penny view. I got free upgrade and loved it. They made my stay outstanding. Good choice of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant. Had hot drinks in the night bar in the evening.

It was a 4-star hotel in every way. Good bed, great value for money. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi in all rooms. The venue was set in the central position. We went to Boulcott Street Bistro, located very close to, to have some dinner.
The breakfast was very limited, unfortunately.

Bed was comfy, great night sleep. All staffs were FRIENDLY. CBD - Lambton Quay district was worth visiting. The breakfast's price is nzd 23 per person per day. Fortunately, free WiFi was available.
